  • The owner of this business taught me the most priceless lesson in managing a business and humility and sincerity. I'm still dumbfounded. I love to eat here because of the interesting and unique food, the german experience, the great local business people that can almost always be found eating here and the heartfelt way it is managed. No chain, no system, just local excellence. Thank you for taking the awful risks involved with opening a business in this climate and dealing with some of the awful customers that can just walk in any time they feel like it. You're one of my heroes.
