  • This place is probably the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. I paid a lot of money for laser hair removal packages, and I've had zero results. I told them that and they won't even do anything about it. And not only that, but I went on one occasion, she severely burned me all over my stomach. I'm not talking about a couple marks here and there, I had SEVERE burns that took about 8 months for the scarring to finally go away. That's a LONG time. They said they would compensate and throw in some free treatments since they really hurt me. Um...yea no when I returned they never gave me anything. So they basically lied to keep me happy then when the time came they disregarded that. Pretty sad if you ask me, especially cause I could have had a law suit against them. Not professional at all. There's way better spas around here to go to. Would never return and definitely would not recommend this place.
