  • I went in for something that is supposed to be treated quickly because it could easily cause me to die.. and they're doctors, So I'm pretty sure they know how bad the situation is. We got there around 10-11am, they checked me in. Waited about 30 min to get my blood drawn. After that, they did an ultrasound, after ultrasound, they set me in a room. Few moments later a nurse calls my name in I guess a hallway where patients are waiting.. here I am thinking.. they set me in a room, yet they're calling me out there..? Do they not know where they put their patients.?! Stayed in the room for a very long time... no one comes in to follow up at least every hour. A nurse passed by and asked if no one put the IV in me, I said no... still, she just walked pass not letting me know that she'll let a nurse know that they should do it... I doubt she ever did because no one came in. I pressed that button on the remote for the nurse to come because it's been so long and I had no clue on why I'm in that room for long. I assume after the ultrasound, they'd tell me what's going on and what's gonna happen now but they failed to do so.. a nurse comes in from my call and I ask her what's going on... she's like.. "oh no one told you??"... obviously not! Well I'm not gonna go on with what happened next or whatever. Just know I was there for 6 hours just for ONE shot.. These people needs a set up or a better check list on who's been checked, who needs a follow up, who they put in what room, and to most definitely tell the patient what's going on with them than have them wait in a room for hours. OH! After my shot, the lady says we're good to go which I've been dying to leave! As we were leaving another nurse asked why are we leaving? We don't have our discharge papers yet..? Why does one tell us we could go and another one says not to leave?! More to wait on... THE PAPERS! I begged for her to get the papers out because that's bullshit being there... They call me for a follow up... but I didn't go, I'll be in there waiting how long just for them to ask me questions then I'm good to go..? Hell no.
