  • Best apartment I have lived in since moving to Charlotte. I have since lived in South End and Uptown and would move back to Metro 808 in a minute if the situation allowed it! The area is as good as it gets, residential and homey but still close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, library, etc. I don't know that I had a single complaint while living here from November 2014 to December 2015. I don't think the pricing is any higher than the comparables in the city either, and you get what you pay for, as in nothing is ever broken for long. Also, maintenance was amazing.
