I have been searching for a new regular hair salon and was really looking forward to trying this barber, I have read nothing but good things, however I tried calling several times and left voice mails as suggested by the message and still have yet to hear back from anyone of the locations. It's an unfortunate trend in Toronto where some of these places seem to believe that a paying customer is lucky to receive their service.
I honestly never write reviews, this however really bothered me. Hopefully this trend soon comes to an end as most of these places should come to realize that the service is what keeps people coming back for years.
I wish Hastings Barber shop all the best for the future, it might not matter much but this is one customer you have lost before even stepping through the door.
