  • Recently received an email from Tryon Park management about how they have been notified of "some incidents in the Steele Creek area where cars have been broken into".. This actually did not just happen in the Steele Creek area, but at Tryon Park at Rivergate itself. To be more specific, this happened to my car and a neighbor of mine who I know of, who mentioned that this was the third time car break-ins happened at Tryon Park! When I notified the management of what happened, all they could say is sorry you're having a bad day. The email continued to say how they would "hate to see anything like that happen to their wonderful residents". Maybe Tryon Park management should do a better job at keeping their residents informed by sharing the actual incidents and whereabouts of that happened instead of deceiving their residents and being insincere! Last but not the least, not saying that they are responsible for what happened, but if this has been happening for quite sometime now, how about take some action to remedy the situation by adding security cameras in the parking-lot or any other feasible security measure.. Not sure I feel safe here anymore and definitely do not want to live here after our lease is up.
