  • I am sick and I do not know what is wrong with me so I went today for an ultra sound. No one asked how I was or said hello. The tech took me to a waiting room. The person to do the test came and got me. Took me to a room and did not say hello-what is your first name. what is your last name. When we got to the room she told me to lay down. She started the ultra sound and on and on. She did not explain what was going on. The room was below zero I lay on a bed with nothing over me. She smeared liquid on my clothes Oh its just water based bla bla. All I wanted to do was get out of there. She was with zero professional communication. No effort to educate or inform or forbid comfort. People you are working with ill people, minimally folks who are anxious to some degree. There is more kindness and contact extended by the teen at the McDonalds drive through window in my neighborhood. Please either care about your work and the people you are serving or do some other kind of work. I just don't understand it.
