  • Our flight was from Pittsburgh to Toronto with the connection to Istanbul Turkey. I had the worst and most horrible experience during the flight from Toronto to Istanbul, the service was very poor with the rudest flight attendants, I asked for simple coffee after the meal that was served very bad, I faced an attitude of why I'm asking for coffee, he literally was yelling at the passengers. The busses between cities have a much better and more professional service than Air Canada. My family and I will never again fly Air Canada.
