rev:text	I just read their response and I am not sure whether my reaction is LMAO, OMG, or both. I have an update based on this: they are not just bad they are clueless! Yeah right, "the market" is forcing them to pressure you to sign another lease as soon as you move in. Why not appeal to God directly? Say they are doing it for Jesus? I have rented many places in my life and have never encountered such practice, so much for "the market." The other nonsense they go over is not really worth my time to respond, but it's a good & funny read, I highly recommend it :-) All the while reaffirming the useful message that anyone in their right mind should stay away.
