  • Unbelievably unprofessional. I scheduled my reservation and didn't hear back from them despite me emailing and leaving voice messages for DAYS. They finally called at 8:45 PM the night before my scheduled pickup. They didn't seem to think there was a problem with this. Then they didn't even show up ... but they sure got my Groupon money.
