Just tried ODBQ for the first time today. Finally REAL bbq in western pa! I had their brisket and vinegar slaw. The best brisket I've had, no sauce needed to cover up for dry over cooked meat. The brisket was so tender and flavorful with just the pepper they apply before they smoked it. I got a chance to talk to the owner, James, for a bit and you could tell he takes great pride in what he does, and rightfully so. I will definitely be back and will tell a few friends.
