  • In the last 3 years, John has represented me on the purchase, rehab and eventual sale of my home in Arcadia. As a commercial real estate broker myself, I have very high expectations for knowledge and service, or I'd represent myself and save the fee. But I have never felt anything but the utmost thankfulness for having John with me throughout the process. Because he is a part-time investor as well, John has an understanding and perspective that differs from many of the agents I have met. He has a sophisticated and organized approach, but also understands how emotional buying a home can be for people. His investor background also helps when you're deciding what rehab work you want done to your new home, as John knows how much everything costs - labor, materials, etc - and knows what is and isn't likely to provide good returns on your money. Recently, John listed my home and generated several offers the first day it was listed. I was in another country when this happened, and John coordinated everything so well that I never had to worry. He not only made the entire listing, move-out and sale process so easy, but he also achieved the highest per sq ft pricing the neighborhood has seen since the peak years ago. John is more than just service, he gets results. I have recommended him to every one of my friends, and many have used him. Each have had the same experience.
