  • Good pho with good broth. The pho tai nam has a good selection of beef without any challenging components. It comes with fresh beans sprouts, mint, and jalapeños which you can add or not. The lemon grass chicken is strong and flavorful. You'll want some rice and veggies to go with that. Friendly, comfortable staff are attentive and easy to interact with. The staff often share stories and jokes with happy, regular diners. The decor is a big open room with Chinese calligraphy, dragons, and jungle scenes. This is the best pho I have found in Charlotte so far. Mix that with friendly and attentive staff and you have a winner!
