  • Just went in and waited in line for 30 minutes to be told by the navy Fed worker at the counter that I needed to go to a separate area/line to get a new debit card. She basically gave me that too bad so sad look. I told her a sign should be posted and her quick response was well call a manager if you like. Navy FCU I've been a member since 2001. Sad excuse for employees at this location.
