  • Purchased my Lexus in New Mexico, but had my first service at Bell Lexus North Scottsdale while living in Arizona. This is my first Lexus (after switching from BMW) and I was impressed with the process from start to finish. My service advisor was friendly and efficient. My service was completed within the quoted time frame. While I was waiting, I was able to complete some work (free WiFi) in their office cubicle waiting area. Also enjoyed the snack bar with the attendant who was able to provide a variety of food (bagel, muffins, etc.) and beverages. Great experience and will definitely return!
