  • BEWARE! You have been warned. Don't do it!! I owned a couple Arizona properties and had Bennett Property Management to manage the units. They were the WORST I've ever experienced & I've owned a ton of rentals for over 25 years and have used "many" property management companies. I'm an owner who cares about my properties and even more importantly the residents who lease them so I often fly out to check on the units, talk with my tenants & stop by the management company. Bennett Property Management was an eye-opener for me when doing so. I have never experienced a management company in my life that lies - out right lies to your face, doctors their books, let's minor repair issues go until they become huge one's, is one of the rudest ( especially the owner ) property management companies I've ever encountered & most disturbing treats the tenants like total crap!!!! I also found out when tenants vacate a property Bennett moves another one right in - NEVER doing any kind of "turn-over" cleaning, maintenance or replacing items when needed.
