  • We need more locations in Vegas. I think it's so busy now that the service aspect of the business is not as good as when it first opened. I visited drive thru which was a few days ago they forgot the 2 donuts we ordered (we were not charged for it) plus they did not give me a new stamp card for the 2 of 3 drinks I got (using a filled punch card for free drink). I drive 30 minutes to get this coffee. Today I visited and when I was ordering something that I never ordered before the girl was not helpful in explaining what it was. I hope service get back to 5 star status, but until then I will not go out of my way for coffee anymore.
