I have seen this eclair shop at the Bay Queen Street underground marketplace before and finally decided to give it a try. This is a pop up shop but it's been here since the marketplace was renovated. The eclairs on display are beautifully decorated and are not your standard eclair. These are modern eclairs with different flavors and pairings. Bought two eclairs to go: lemon meringue and cafe at lait. The eclair pastry is excellent, thin, airy and dry. The filling is perfect and uniform throughout. The lemon meringue was just right tart and not overly sweet. The cafe au lait was perfect. Both worth the price paid. Treat yourself to a bite of haute choux. At $6-7 per eclair this pastry shop sets a high bar and it delivers.
