  • I have been a long time customer and have never had any problems. Yesterday, I took my mother in and they have a man that I've never seen. I was told to try him, I didn't want a new person but my mother reluctantly tried him. He gouged her foot so much that it bled and started to swell. Then he and the owners wife got angry with her for speaking about it. The wife of the owner said that she would pay if he didn't do a good job. Then we asked her to do my moms hands she tacked on $10 for color and $10 for the shape. NEVER heard of this and was not told before hand and there are no price signs that show this. Needless to say m mom who is a senior, was charged for this and for the pedicure. We were in the shop for 4 hours and 15 minutes, it seemed that she was pretty angry. After waiting another 30 minutes, she refunded my mom for the $25 for the pedicure, but charged her for the french on her toes. She had originally paid $95. So for her manicure, she paid $65+$5 for the french on her toes. I won't go back.
