| rev:text | I've been with Verizon for years, for both my business and my husband's. We have at least six lines so I don't write this review lightly. I've never had anything but excellent, honest service at the Camelback store. This store, different story.
We upgraded one of our phones last month and the rep encouraged me to take a Bluetooth saying it wouldn't cost anything, it was part of the upgrade. I get the bill two weeks later (after it too late to take it back, BTW) and there's a charge for $89.
I called Verizon, and they tell me go to the store. I asked for a manager at the store, they tell me, "Let an employee handle it. The manager is busy." After 25 minutes of them giving me lip service and insisting I talk to the scoundrel who convinced me to take the device (which I don't use but only took because it was part of the package, allegedly), he said, "I never told you it was free."
I responded, "That's why I asked 25 minutes ago to talk to a manager." This guy's name is Alex. But believe me, you want to avoid this store like the plague.
I don't post negative feedback lightly. #Verizon, you have lost our business. |
