  • Warning, you get less than what you pay for here. Expect to be disappointed with your service, the lack of competency and overall lack of care. This is a 'cattle call' nail bar. The owners don't give a damn about your service and they walk around like royalty watching their ipad and camera screen shots from all angles. Trust me, I tried to alert them to my distress and the female owner didnt even respond at all to me and she was sitting right next to me on the pedi chair watching her ipad and yapping away in another language. She ignored me. Meanwhile the staff, following the owners lead I suppose.. are more interested in chatting to each other (in an unknown language) than paying attention to the service at hand. I walked out with unmatched polishes, despite my best efforts to avoid that happening. I should have known when I had to inform the nail tech that she hadnt yet even applied the cuticle remover when forceably and painfully trying to push back my cuticles! As for the results, I had a shellac mani that looked like a newbie nail tech painted it on (very unfinished looking right from the get go but when its UV hardened what the heck can you say?!). Predictably, it started to show its wear in days which defeats the purpose of putting a higher wear polish on if it sucks off the get go and is catching in your hair on the edges. I did remark, "I suppose she was new and had to give her a chance" but was advised by the pedi technician that she in fact had been there 2 years. That's allot of crappy work she is letting go out the door, day in, day out. As for my pedi, I dont know what the heck they did but the undersides of my feet were far from smooth, although the polish and nail work were at least good, shame the skin wasnt buffed well. I'm left having to file my own feet to fix what they didn't do (sigh). I spent $75 I should have had a better experience. Alas with so many within walking distance of this, dont be fooled by the free water, the slice of lime in your mani bowl and the assistance with your coat - that's all they do well - its robotic. These guys dont care about their clients, nor their results. As I read the reviews, its clear this is not a one off, rather its systemic and habitual. So be forewarned. After several attempts with them - i'm done. My advise...Keep on walking!!
