  • I fly from Phoenix to Las Vegas to have my hair done at this salon. The salon itself has a wonderful atmosphere. You wouldn't even know you were in a salon if not for the distant sound of scissor snips & blow dryers. There is zero chemical smell lingering. Todd has done a fantastic job with the décor and has an excellent staff, some of whom have taught at prominent stylist schools. Heather is who I prefer to see when I go. She always has a room brightening smile on her face and remembers all of her guests as if they were old friends. You can really tell she has a true passion for her career. I'm very picky about who I let color/cut my hair, but when I find someone I trust-I let him/her take charge. Since discovering Heather, I've not been disappointed. She matches my color perfectly the first time, every time and suggests cuts/trims that flow with my lifestyle. If/when I do go to her with a certain style/color I want, she makes it work for me and I leave looking & feeling great. I do have a sensitive scalp and it's normal for me to experience a little burn after color, but I've not experienced that here at all. It's also normal for me to have to wait 3-5 days for color to wash off/fade from my forehead/neck/ears, but Heather removes it all before I walk out. Her professionalism and demeanor is exactly what you'd want from a hair stylist...chatty when you want her to be, but can read your body language when you just need to relax in peace & quiet. The prices are phenomenal!! Much lower than what I would & would expect to pay. The reason I started looking elsewhere for a stylist/salon was because in Phoenix and Texas (where I'm originally from), the cost of a color/style/blowout was literally $75-$125 more than what I pay here and the quality just wasn't up to par. I always tip 20% or more because in my opinion, a good tip goes a long way. My hair is worth it and if you're reading this, you feel the same way. On a side note, I'm not sure how Todd pays his stylists and I don't need to know, but it's obvious they all enjoy working for him. When an employer is good to his employees, the employees are even better to the guests. I'm definitely a happy Platinum Entourage guest and I've witnessed many other happy guests during my visits. I can't wait for my next visit-time after time it's a great experience!
