  • I was there on January 2 for the big sale, but they told me I was one day late, I asked to speak to a manager because when I looked at the mall website it said that the mall is closed when the manager showed up I told him why I'm one day late he didn't care and even had a smile on his face telling me he cannot help me almost telling me how stupid I am. I called the district Mgr and got the same treatment. Shame on you Dillard's for that It would not happen at Macy's or Nordstrom
