  • I was in the market for a new Dentist when a friend recommended that I try out Monroe Street Family Dental after I had a couple of less than satisfactory experiences elsewhere. Dr. Farrow and his staff provided a modern dental experience that I didn't know existed. This despite having worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Dr. Farrow and his entire staff seem to be focused on evidence and best practices. It's refreshing to find a dental staff - hygienists and assistants who are so knowledgeable about their clinical practice. Further, I've been going to this clinic for three years and have seen little if any turnover. At my last dentist it seemed like I had a new assistant or hygienist every time I came in. A consistent staff provides continuity of care - this is essential for patient outcome. I'd also like to say that I don't have an insurance plan that is know to be overtly helpful and that almost nobody in the greater Madison area is considered "in-network". Monroe Street Family Dental has always worked with me and my insurance company to make sure I am well informed. I feel like the care that Dr. Farrow and his staff provide raises the bar for dental care in the Madison area.
