Where do I start? I typically avoid group fitness classes because I like to move at my own speed, but Tracie takes everything step-by-step and is attentive to everyone which made the workout so much easier. I felt accomplished at the end of the class because I could actually do a small routine. Tracie is so sweet and encouraging, I adore her! I can't wait to go back next week! Fun, challenging, and rewarding whole-body workout.
