I have purchased two brand new cars from Peoria Kia prior to this. Today I took my car in for a Voluntary Service on a headlight that keeps going out. I have spent over a hundred dollars on bulbs thinking they were just bad. I went to Kia today with the notice they put out on the bad connectors for headlights and was told that they would be done with my car by 3pm. At 1pm I showed up and was told they didn't have a chance to look at the car and handed me my keys back. It wouldn't have been an issue, but I was told by the service advisor Lou that it would be definitely taken care of by 3pm. Now I wasted an entire day off trying to get this fixed and accomplished nothing and was told "sorry". They didn't even offer to make an appointment to get it fixed. Terrible customer service.
