  • This store is very close to my home. I wanted to mail out a thin coloring book, stickers, and two small plastic toy cars to my nephew for Halloween. The attendant who is there each time I've been there in the past and has NEVER been friendly, and has a HUGE colorful tip jar in front of the cash regester, offered me choices to send my package to SC via UPS or USPS. I told her I didn't know the difference. She took my box, weighed it and told me it would be $30. (The box was extremely light and the contents inside were only worth $11.) I asked her what the other option would be and she told me $20!!!! I was surprised and told her I would wait. I drove immediately to a US Post Office and my bill was only $12 and the staff were very friendly. I couldn't believe my experience today and waited all day to type my yelp review. I want to really note how tacky it is for her to have such a large tip-box display. She does not work in the hospitality industry but if she did want to accept tips I would find a less gaudy box less tacky. I wonder if her employer knows she keeps a tip box out?
