FYI this is the SAME company as ALL DESERT APPLIANCES, don't be fooled by the fake reviews. DO NOT USE THIS SHADY COMPANY.
My technician was not 1 but 2 hours late to my appointment after being home for 5 hours waiting-with No courtesy call. He showed up in his own car and sat outside my house smoking and came in to my home sweating with dirty shoes. I asked him if he had booties and he looked at me and smirked and asked me if I had them. SERIOUSLY??? He smelled like booze and cigarettes. The first thing he did was hand me an billing invoice and say "sign this and I need $75". WTF. I was already upset with his being late and no apology. I asked him to give me a moment to read it and he got an attitude saying " no signature, no service". Again, WTF? Irritated, I reluctantly signed their "waiver" and was getting ready to write a check but he rudely says to me " you don't have cash?". At this point, I told him I would just pay First American ( my Home warranty) as I have done in the past. So, he writes NOT COLLECTED on my invoice, and handed me a copy. He proceeds to opening the doors of my fridge. He stands there staring inside as if he was getting ready to eat, not saying anything. He takes a picture of the model and serial number, and writes something on the invoice. Not once did he ask me what was wrong with it. First of all, the issue I reported was my ice maker not making ice, everything else was fine.I asked him if he had an ice maker in his car and he said no. I was getting ready to kick him out because of his attitude and rudeness, so I decided to call the number on the invoice, guess what? NO ANSWER!!!! Surprised? Not really, since they initially lost my work order. How are you not going to answer the phone during business hours????? When I finally get a hold of someone, the girl who picked up had an attitude because I immediately asked for a manager. She wouldn't transfer me or let me talk to a manager unless I gave her my work order number ( which I didn't have ) or my address. REALLY???? They kept me on hold for like 9 mins before I hung up. I tried calling back and they STILL didn't answer. Finally "Tatiana" picks up and says she will have a manager return my call since she Couldn't help me.
Fast forward to him walking out of my kitchen saying "Peace Out", I asked him what's wrong with it, and he says "call the office"....
I'm still waiting for a manager to call me back. I sent an email to my home warranty company. I do not want them back in my house. I would rather have no fridge than to pay these shady crooks to fix anything in my house. SHAME ON YOU ALL DESERT AKA ADA REPAIR. I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau. These type of HORRIBLE experiences travel fast through word of mouth. I hope this review helps another customer because I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and very DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
