Stax did an amazing special at the end of 2016 to try out their new fitness offerings for FREE. I tried out yoga and hot yoga. Some of these classes filled up faster than others but still register in advance.
These classes are 45 minutes but fast paced and taught by well-known instructors I've seen at other Charlotte yoga studios.
There are little cubbies for your stuff and a few mats if you don't have your own. Bring a towel and a water bottle, there is a water fountain outside the yoga rooms. This is a great compliment to other workouts or a nice place to stop in for a class if you are in Southend.
Maybe not the first place you would think of for yoga - but a good workout nonetheless.
