| - My mom is an owner and we've stayed at many of the resorts with no issues, until we came here. Sadly we will not be back to this location for many reasons, but this review is directed towards the sales department. During our ownership presentation, the rep was so out of line we were in shock! So completely unprofessional, and down right disrespectful. I wasn't sure if I had signed up for a counseling or personal attack session or the ownership presentation. My daughter, my partner and I were offended, hurt and extremely embarrassed. She somehow felt she had a right to ask very personal questions and said things that most our family members wouldn't dare ask or say to he and I regarding "us". Even after bringing me to tears, she continued on but seemed to have gotten much more forceful with her questions at hIm. To be spoken to asked such invasive questions by a sales person & complete stranger (in a less than quiet voice and tone) all the while sitting less than 2 feet from other couples made us wish we hadn't gone, but we also wanted to get up and walk out. We made sure she knew she was out of line and asking personal questions, however, that only made her ask more and seemed as if she deserved answers...Knowing we'd already been there nearly 2 hrs we weren't going t just leave. But were too confused and embarrassed to try to figure out who to talk to. This is not right and should be addressed. Maybe someone will rectify this. But from this place, I won't hold my breath!
