  • This is the cleanest urgent care I've ever been to. The PA is very friendly and helpful. The wait times are long just like any Dr/Urgent Care I've been to. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional last time I was here. With that being said, this time is a different story. The front desk girl today (I don't know her name) is the reason I'm giving 4, not 5, stars. When I walked in she asked, "how may I help you?" In a very quiet, under enthused tone. This question alone irritates me, "I would like to be seen by someone?" I feel it's obvious why I'm at an urgent care. She just stared at me for a few seconds after i gave my answer and then handed me a clipboard. When I filled out my info and went back to the front to turn it in, she was on a personal phone call and just let me stand there while she finished her call. We shall see how the rest of this appt goes.
