  • Granted the grounds are slightly above par, the rent remains hyper-inflated even for comparable properties. The worst part about this place is the outrageous "moving out" fees, there is a charge everything derived from "surprise inspections". Don't be fooled by this shinny building, it will make a significant dent on your wallet before, during and after your time at skyline. Don't make the same mistake I did, there are plenty of alternatives offering more for less. Hope this is helpful
