I've been in this shop many a times and purchased items with them many times in the past but yesterday's experience left me rather cold. I went in on a whim just to see what kind of merchandise they had in. Saw a particular item I wanted to look at but needed some assistance to see it (it was on a higher shelf and the shelf was just out of my reach). I stood there for roughly 5 minutes waiting for an associate to see if I needed assistance while others came in after me and the associates helped THEM. FINALLY someone came and asked if I needed helped and I basically told her not anymore and that I was leaving with my reasons (them taking forever to acknowledge me). The girl didn't even apologize...pretty much an "ok then" with ZERO empathy in her voice for what she and her colleagues had done. As someone in customer service this appalls me to no end. The stars are for the merchandise but Pawn 1st you get ZERO stars your total disregard for customer service.
