  • My fiance was pretty happy when Dr. Green first showed up at our door. We had a lawn with large burn spots as a result of our dogs from the previous summer. Well, it was a complete waste of money. 1. They tell you their products are "pet safe" yet give you no literature to back it up. 2. Only twice of the so called 5+ visits was there evidence of ANYTHING being done other than the door hanger. That was the aeration and fertilizer. 3. They said they raked & seeded, so we had to refrain from mowing the lawn for 3 weeks, and water every day. My fiance was out there every day watering. However, from day one we didnt see a single seed down on the ground, and of course nothing changed. 4. We were supposed to get notice of their work but we never did so we could pick up the dog stuff. 5. Write a complaint letter and NOBODY will respond. 6. I still had dandelions all summer and did not see any change This is an example of a fraudulent and low standards company is. They don't care one bit as long as they have your credit card number. I'm so frustrated we wasted money on them.
