Consumption of Italian food is one of my favorite pastimes, and I've found Brio to be a pretty good spot to do that. It's location within Scottsdale Quarter, which does not have the best parking situation, is really the only negative here.
I'm usually coming here for dinner, and most recently we treated ourselves to a bruschetta sampler plate as an appetizer. It came with three different variations, three pieces each, and all were spectacular. I especially like the mozzarella and red pepper. The bread was crunchy and the mozzarella was pure deliciousness!
For my entree I went with the Lasagna Bolognese. Portion size was great. I find a lot of places usually skimp on the meat with these dishes, but this one had a lot, which was fantastic. There was a little too much cream based sauce topped over it for me, but that is a relatively minor complaint.
All in all I've enjoyed every meal I've had here, and I'm sure I'll be back for more!
