  • I had a VBAC (Vaginal birth after cesarean) with Dr. Harter 4 years ago. It was a very pleasant experience with no complications. Dr Harter genuinely cares, listens and wants the best experience for his patients and newborns. This is coming from my personal experience with him. This career definitely seems to be his passion. On a side note, you do have to wait a little longer during check up/appointment visits but I'm sure that's because he doesn't rush his patients and speaks thoroughly with them about any concerns or questions they may have. I highly recommend his Doctor! Thank you, Dr Harter!
