  • The crowd that you see is very interesting and let's say an experience everyone should have at least once. The staff here at this location have a lot of patience, compassion and understanding. Raquel who is the manager has phenomenal customer service and sets a positive example for her employees. David you are an amazing person and I will never forget how helpful you have been. You have an amazing people skill that now a days is very hard to find. Ms. Claire and the other 2 ladies that make sure you have all you need and clean and prepare the rooms are very busy but wonderful ladies who always have a smile and help. They also have a very challenging job and deal with rude people but I have never seen them loose that smile. The 2 maintenance men Rob and can't remember the other name are so amazing. The 2nd shift blonde and over night gentleman are the best. You seriously can't find a better team then this. Thank you all for making this experience the best you could. I definitely plan on doing a surprise something for them all.
