I can't really complain about the customer service here...but i was there twice yesterday. So inconvenient after a long work day!! I bought a combo home cable and car adapter back in February...and by July or Aug the home cable was in perfect shape, but mysteriously not charging my phone. So I took them back and they exchanged my cords without a question. Here we are in Sept and my home cord is doing exactly the same thing. My car adapter works fine. I took it back and I get a song and dance from a short Hispanic dude...that it MUST be my phone input site. I need a new upgraded phone. I don't want that hassle. So I take it to a "Fix it" cell phone shop. He looks at it and my cords and tells me..." your phone is fine..it's the cord. Tell Verizon they are full of sh**!" So I go BACK to Verizon. Got Stacy...and she exchanged my cords. But told me "Its the last time". Today my phone charges just perfectly. Its the dang cord VERIZON!! If it was an old cord I would understand...but surely for the price you charge...they should last longer than a few months plugged in at my couch. Its not like I'm traveling the world.
