There is definitely a reason this office was nearly empty 1 week before tax day. The office was disorganized and there is almost no privacy. I don't feel comfortable talking about my financial situation with someone sitting so close with no dividers. He probably wasn't comfortable either and his tax "expert" was complaining about his return...very loudly.
I was charged far more than I was at other branches for the same service. My tax "expert" was incompetent, rude, cold, and clearly did not listen to most of what I said. Who seriously knows the address of their bank? Are you really going to roll your eyes at me because I don't? She asked me questions that she should have been able to answer if she was actually paying attention to my information.
This place is not worth the time, even if it is the closest branch like it was for me. Go to the North Hills, they were much more helpful with my fiance's return.
