  • There is one person working on a Friday afternoon. It took her 20 minutes to help one customer, and now apparently she is busy with paperwork behind the counter but has called NO ONE up in the last 15 minutes. There is no organization and an apparent lack of any kind of competency. Maybe this is just a bad day. I can't imagine they could stay in business if every day is like this.
