On Friday, I brought in my laptop since the mouse track pad isn't working. They were fine on that day, and helped me out. I left my laptop there for diagnosis/repairs. Then, on Saturday I get a call letting me know they have started repairs on my laptop - good, great, they are keeping me in the know.
Flash forward FIVE DAYS. I have gotten no calls or updates. So I call in myself. No big deal, since I am sure they are constantly swamped. But then.... they put me on hold for 15+ minutes AND HANG UP. I'm not kidding, call just dropped. The first time I thought I might have done something. The second time I went to a place in my house with better reception. The third time I got upset. And now, the fourth time, I'm just about ready to call their cooperate offices.....
Too long? In person customer service is fine. Phone customer service is stupid.
