  • This was my greatest find. I first stumbled upon this great gem where they were located in the community market in the strip. I had to wait very patiently for the shop to open and now it's in the heart of the Strip district. The Olive Tap sells premium olive oils and vinegars. They also sell dips and other condiments. The olive oils and vinegars can't be beat. They have everything from green apple and chocolate vinegar and Chipotle olive oil. They chocolate vinegar tastes amazing drizzled on ice cream (trust me on this one) and the jalapeño olive oil gives home popped popcorn the perfect kick. The vinegars and olive oils come in 100 mL and 375 mL bottles. Go with the larger bottle. It's a better buy and once you start using it, you'll be happy you got the bigger one. Definitely check it out!
