| - Terrible customer service, and the place just felt dingy. I felt like I was at a Ross, not exactly the vibe I wanted for wedding dress shopping. I went in for my appointment, and arrived about ten minutes early. There was a short Hispanic young lady who brushed me off, and told me to sit and wait. Then she got on the phone for about twenty minutes, which I understand she can't help. But as soon as she hung up, I stood up and walked over to stand in her line of vision since it was now ten minutes past my appointment, and I already told her I only had an hour. She ignored me for over a minute, then (very condescendingly) acted like she didn't recognize me and I had just walked in the door, even though I had been sitting in front of her for over twenty minutes. That was irritating.
She finally paged a girl to come help me look at dresses, but the girl was doing two appointments at once which was PAINFULLY awkward. I have to say that the girl who helped me was very very sweet and I did feel bad that she was rushing around so much. I finally just started taking on and off my own dresses and clipping them myself, because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to be coddled.
None of the dresses really wowed me, and the girl only let me try on 3 so I left after the third. The only other thing I didn't really like was that she said she would put the dresses in my portfolio with them, but she never did. A few days later I went to the Scottsdale location, and was very impressed by how clean it was and how friendly the ladies there were. When I told them about my bad experiences at this location, they did not act surprised and said they heard those complaints a lot.
Although my attendant was great, everyone else at this location was just poor at customer service. It left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will definitely only go to Scottsdale after this experience.
