  • Sheared a piece off of my garage door opener on a Sunday night. Manually opened the door and ended up getting the wires all tangled and the door stuck. Called Apex, and Quinn was at another job, but said he would be by. Sure enough, 8:30 on a Sunday night, he came by and got my garage all situated for the night, and came back the next day to replace my old springs, bearing, and fix the door opener. Definitely great, especially if you're in a pinch!
