My wife and I stayed there on 12/29/2016. We were extremely disappointed with the whole experience. First when we checked into our room we found dirty linen on our bed. It appeared as if there were body fluids on them. We called the front office and let them know about this. They promised they would take care of it right away. We also asked for robes to use at the pool. We went to dinner and when we returned 2 1/2 hours later the linen had not been changed and no robes were brought to the room. The service we got was about equal to a two star hotel at best. I would and should expect more from a Sheraton. Not going to stay again unless they get much much better.
