Lazy, rude, no followup - they simply don't care!
I have an investment condo by the strip and after some heavy rains, my tenant said there was a giant wet spot on the ceiling. I contacted my HOA and unfortunately this is the company they use.
I originally called on Thursday, June 30th. They could not get someone out there until Wednesday, July 6th. A whole week??? Bull! Then when I made the appointment, the girl said the tech would call me 30 minutes before arrival. I was given a window of 8am to 11am.
Morning of the 6th, I called the company and made sure someone would call me 30 minutes before arriving. I explained that it was tenant occupied but I wanted to be present when the technician arrived so I could personally receive the diagnosis. The girl assured me he would call. She confirmed the arrival window of 8am to 12pm. I said you originally told me 11am, she tells me "nope, 8am to noon." Whatever.
So I drive 40 minutes from my house up in Centennial all the way down near the strip, battling morning rush traffic. I hang out in the area, running errands and grabbing lunch, just waiting.... I get a text from my tenant at 9:30am saying the tech just left. He just took some pics then said he had to talk to his manager and left. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CALL??? I even called to confirm he'd call. Nope! Didn't even bother. So I call the company back and complain, the girl says she'll have the tech call me when he gets in the office. Guess what? No one ever called! Surprise surprise.
So I call again this morning and complain again. They simply give me the cell number of the tech who went to the condo. Basically 'here, you call him and deal with it'. So I call the technician, DJ, and it goes straight to voicemail. I am so frustrated!! Who wants to bet DJ won't call me back either? I'll have to call him every couple hours til he blocks my number.
Bullshit company - Avoid at all costs!
