  • Probably the crappiest store of all the Aritzia stores. Customer service is a fail. They renovated the store, but certainly did not revamp and improve their staffs' customer service quality. It's been couple of years since i last stepped foot into this store, cuz of just the bad customer service they gave me. So went in the other day cuz the mall was having a sale and gave Aritzia Eaton Centre a try again after so long--- anndd...... nope. Le sigh. Snobby staffs who think they're too good to even look at you and ask if you needed help. I'm not one who likes to have a sale person following me around but i do like to be offered some help. When i did get some assistant the staff ...didnt really... wanna help me............ oh deja vu. so that's it. Ima just avoid this store like a plague. Really Aritzia, the next time you do a store reno ..please reno your staff as well.
