  • We pulled into the car wash and were told they would not take our car because it was too dirty! It has some mud caked in the wheel well and a layer of dirt because of the recent Arizona rains. They asked us to go to a self-wash place next door to clean the car off, but -not to worry- they would gladly wash it (at 50%off!) once it's clean! I have never heard of a car wash asking you to pre-wash a car. On top of that, when we washed it ourselves, mud got all over our clothes to fly home in! Horrific.
