  • I absolutely LOOOOOOOOOOOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Sephora !! its my one stop shop for everything, make up, skin care, fragrance and beauty tools, they carry all my favorite brands; tarte, smashbox, stila, lancome and estee lauder :D the staff is really friendly, I ALWAYS leave happy with my purchases and I have the Sephora return policy on my side if Im not happy with a product which is great to me because It keeps me reassured; however, the only thing that bothers me is the fact that they seem to never have enough workers in the store, I always wait in line like 15-20 minutes ! and if I need help ill have to walk around looking for someone who isn't busy and even when I do get someone's attention they tell me ill have to wait in line behind other customers they have before me. this can be really frustrating because sometimes I feel like they forget about me and I have to remind them " hey ! dont forget about me, im still here!". they really should hire more people !! lol (like me!!) I think it would be glorious if they got more people, they could sell more and customer satisfaction would be through the roof ! (not that its not a great store now )
