Caribbean food varies by island, my biggest concern when a eating is some restaurants attempt another islands specialty because the dish misses that foods distinction.
Ex: A Jamaican restaurant cooking Trinidadian dishes like roti.
Fortunately, Hot Pot didn't attempt this & stuck to Jamaican specialties.
Beef Pattie was tasty, the curry goat lacked flavor but the peas & rice was perfect.
The place is super clean and nicely decorated.
